LIFE IS A BUFFET
by Polly Boyette
The author of this book is single and lives with her sister and mother. This information is important because it’s the basis for the book. The author has written down many adventures that the three of them have been through. I have to admit there were times when I found it hard to believe that they’d really happened, but the author promises that they’re true. She not only shares these moments in her life for the reader’s amusement (and it’s amazing to find someone who’s so willing to laugh along with everyone else over what’s happened) but then takes an extra page after each story to show how the reader can learn from what happened to this family. The author starts each one with a Scripture reference and then shows how it applies not only to what’s happened in her life, but how the reader can apply it to life as well.
I found the book very amusing and would highly recommend it.

Thanks for your kind words. I assure you the stories are true, even though very humiliating and embarrassing. What better way to learn to laugh at ourselves and our mistakes. I hope this book adds laughter to your day.
